What exactly is a credit?
One credit is one deliverable email we find for you. If we cannot find an address, or the domain cannot receive mail at all, you are not charged for that row.
Do unused credits roll over?
No — your allowance refills at the start of each billing period rather than accumulating. Pick the tier that matches what you actually send in a month.
What happens if I run out?
Searches stop until the next refill, and nothing is charged unexpectedly. You can upgrade at any time and the new allowance applies immediately.
Is signal tracking included?
Yes. Monitoring your target accounts, the per-monitor dashboards and the signal feed are on every plan, including Free. Paid plans add programmatic access: your own API key, webhooks and higher rate limits.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your dashboard. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and credits already granted stay in your account.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Indian customers are billed in rupees. International card payments in US dollars are supported on accounts where they have been enabled.
